East End Community Yard Sale & Swap Meet Form

Fill out this form, if you would like to participate in our annual East End Community Yard Sale & Meet.

Ground Rules:

• Everyone/anyone in the neighborhood is invited to participate as a seller, volunteer, garden/venue helper
• Most items are ok: kid stuff, toys, household items, kitchen stuff, plants, clothes, musical/stereo/computer/electronics, art, furniture, etc
• Ideally families with kids will bring stuff and be able to trade-up and swap with other families to meet their needs for free
• NO BEDDING, stuffed chairs/couches, etc. You can list it for sale, but please don't bring it to the venue. No Bed Bugs!
• You are responsible for your tables, chairs, whatever you need to set up (we might have some to share, but don't depend on this)
• This is a sale, swap, trade, donate, community have fun day.
• At the end, whatever is left can be moved closer to the back gate and I'll request a Salvation Army/Goodwill truck pickup for Monday. We are looking for as many win-win outcomes as possible.
• It is free to participate/sell your wares. You may donate items for DiverseArts to sell. If you make money, we only ask that you make a cash donation to Kenny Dorham's Backyard/DiverseArts
• Planners/organizers/set-up/take-down helpers are encouraged and needed to make this work.
